I saw this old post - I guess before I came aboard.  Wanted to share my experience - when this company contacted me, they sent me a ton of orders then stopped.  I would call about orders and payments and no one would call me back.  A lady would take the messages, if I am recalling this right.  I did what I told everyone to do real quick and checked basic information about the company.  According to the Secretary of State of Ohio - they never incorporated - they sent in paperwork to reserve the name but never did the actual incorporation papers.  Now knowing that this company could be in major trouble for operating under an incorporated name that they never incorporated, I sent a certified letter to them.  The president called me right away and said it was someone that worked for them that they experienced accounting problems.  I told him what I had learned of his company.  My entire balance was federal expressed to me the next day!
