Hey Gang,

marketing is a never ending job for all us. This concept is a way to pool our resources together and benefit together. A client of mine has a preferred vendor program that allows more than one abstractor to an area. First abstractor receives 75% of the orders the back-up receives 20% of the orders and the third receives 5% of the orders. This may help with a couple abstractors that cover the same area and provide back-up for the company in case an abstractor is out sick, in a car accident, or goes out of business.

But like Robert said, enough interest must be generated for this to work. I believe there must be participation in at least the top 50 major cites to make it very attractive to a client.

I also agree there should be a way for us to keep the work that we already have with the clients that would contract with the LLC.

Kevin, Robert B, David, Robert F, Shannon, and everyone else let's keep talking and throwing out ideas.

Thanks is also given to SOT for spring boarding NALTEA and marketing my business. The investment I made in an enhanced add and banner ad has already returned to me 50 fold. No other site or advertisement has brought me the return SOT has. Thanks Robert and Slade.
