David, The reference to the early fee payment is only an example I was using to illustrate how a budget could be created to fund the marketing effort through a deduction from each search or appraisal. I was not advocating a fee for early payment. Only the assignment of the work would come to you through the LLC or corporation of which you would be a shareholder. Your fees would be listed with the marketers, and they would be assigned the duty of finding a way to make it marketable The marketing effort is in addition to what you are now doing, not in lieu of it. Whatever you now have or develop on your own remains yours 100%. The deduction from the searches is only for those searches that are referred to you through the marketers efforts
