It pops up in .pdf form now and you can type directly into the form and actually then save it to your computer so you can print out each time when needed - just type keywords IRS - go to the front page - second box on left says "forms and publications" put in Form W-9 and it will load.  Just wanted to let you know since your offer could turn into thousands of requests - lol - don't you wish you were getting that much work lol!
