I don't believe E&O Insurance would be a problem.  If you make an agreement with someone, they need to provide you a copy of their E&O insurance,  If they do the search,  it is covered by their insurance, not mine.  If  there were a problem and my client came to me about the problem, I would handle my client and then contact the one who did the search to let them know and then their insurance company.  I don't see a problem with the insurance issue.

My only point is if we work together we can provide a quality product compared to online searches.
