Hi!  Thank you all so much for responding to my post.  I've had some time to cool off, and am not as heated as before.  Loretta- of course I wouldn't "bite your head off" LOL!   I totally agree that we all use the same phrases/etc when writing marketing materials.  However, this company's bio was just sooooo remarkably similar to my own, that I couldn't help but being a bit irriated.  One sentence is almost the exact same as ours (except for a couple of common words, and the rest is very, very close.)  Maybe I'm just being too picky, but this company is only a few miles away from mine, so we share a market area.  I have our "philosophy" on all of the marketing materials that we send out, and have so for the last three years.  Also, as a freelance writer, I am very, very concious of plagarizing others work.  I certainly would have never submitted any marketing materials that were so closely related to someone else's. 

Oh well, life goes on right! At least this has taught me a lesson.  I have just began a massive marketing compaign and will certainly look into copyrighting all material that I distribute.  Hopefully this can be done easily and cheaply.
