I understand the need for a transaction fee that would be higher when a report must be transcribed from a hand written report. It occured to me that you might be able to utilize the services of your members for this as well instead of having to hire typists. Your member abstractors know the forms, terminology and documents and often find ourselves sitting in front of our computers waiting on new orders. Would it be possible to sub out the keying through your site on a first come first served basis to abstractors who have the time and ability?
