Kevin, please read my article on inflation in this months NALTEA newsletter.  The gain in prices over the last twenty-five years is abismal, and the exposure is so much greater.
Title examining is the only work I do, but I do have the advantage of primarily working with local companies and law firms, not the national vendors or the lenders.  All of us are being squezed, but most of my clients are also my friends, and I trust them to do right by me, as I do by them.  Doug
