Robert, I agree with both of you. SOT open policy is neccessary to give your members the opportunity to expose these companies who practice worldwide trade in the private lives of American citizens.

They exploit loopholes in our laws declaring they are the public too and have every right to access of the private information contained in American  public records. One site I recently visited openly bragged they were actively harvesting the public records from 200 American counties. Another bragged about their ability to send this information to their allies in China and the Phillipines.

Once this loophole is exploited their is no law to prevent them from exporting the American Public records over the internet to any terrorist, identity thief or stalker with the ability to click a mouse.

Far too many lives of American citizens have already been ruined and lost as a result of this digitization and wholesale exporting of our sensitive information.

To: Robert Breake I don't blame you for being irritated. I was even more than irritated when I first found Infinity here. My irritation at times may have even been misplaced towards SOT. If SOT's policy had not been so open I might never have learned about these Indian and other countries open exploitation of Amercan public access laws. But Infinity and others like them are being exposed everyday by people like you Mr. Breake and other members with the courage to speak up. Thank you SOT for giving us the power to expose foreing companies who trade in the private lives of American citizens. Thank you Robert Breake for have the courage to speak up here and expose them. Now let's see if any representative will have the courage to come out of hiding and deny these charges.
