I just found out they were my clients and didn't know - I knew them by PPA.  Well I have 2 orders I did for them too and didn't get paid.  I am filing a small claims suit for the principal of the matter - and actually believe with everyone here being screwed that it is a matter for the Attorney General of our states to know and actually at least their state - could enter into illegal behaviors when you set out doing business and pay no one.  Forms can be found at your local library in the legal section for demand letters and cost to file and serve are usually under 100.00.   People think you won't go ahead and file for something small but that is why they are getting away with it.  There are probably using one abstractor everytime they have orders and then use another one the next time.
