Didn't ask if you like doing full commercial 60-year searches - what price do you do them for.  I don't know if you know but in a 60 year search you have to completely go through every document one by one and make sure everything has been released etc and with this time frame there is always book search indexes because they are always outside of the computer range - and not just for the deed - for every document that first owner forward did - along with certification of corporate status with your individual state offices, etc., tax certificates - not statements - and copies of easements, plats, etc. and up-front the costs - is this what you are talking about because this is what I am talking about - and oh, all last owner of adjoining properties
