Are you an attorney?  I accidentally hit your name instead of response and it went to @landattorneys.  Anyway, I have had my share of troubles with this company also while still trying to work with them.  I will share with you if and when others respond to this post.  As far as the person who has not had problems with TransUnion - it could be that you are below the price of other abstractors in your area as of this date.  But wait until someone beats you out.  Personally, I am hoping that the issues I have will be straightened out with everything being centralized but I will wait and see.
