Ah - but this is the problem - they think it is us independent abstractors doing this when in truth and fact it is the nationwide companies that are doing it instead of sending it to the independents to do it correctly!!!  So you need to tell this big hitter - that it's not us - we know this method is not reliable and that the nationwide companies are doing this and taking the same fee that they take when they subcontract the orders to us - it makes their profit higher - and so we have reduced our prices to fight for the orders they aren't doing online and they are making an even bigger fool of us all around.  1/4 the orders and reduction in price and increases in operating expenses - are we stupid or what?
