Robert, I wanted to mention that whichever business form you elect, if there is legal regulation of your proposal, you may wish to explore federal regulation of it rather than through the state. It It is a uniform regulation throughout all fifty states. It may get you around the patchwork of inconsistent laws of the 50 different states. It has been a while since I researched business opportunities law, but as I recall federal regulation is less restrictive than state regulation. Unless the law has changed since my last research (and that is entirely possible) it was a simple matter of qualifying for federal regulation. At that time all you needed to do was to trademark the name of the business, but check this with your attorney
