I couldn't agree more. We are all in the same line of work, each offering a unique skill to the process. We should work together as a unit and not play one against the other in order to promote our own special interest. For several decades I did surveying and boundary investigations for the federal government, as related to land purchases. I enjoyed working with various title companies and providing my experience and knowledge to the "total" process. There were a number of times that I could provide information to a title company that kept them from paying future claims.
Making a sale is important but at the expense of the property owner is not acceptable.
