We would try not the change the way your current system works.  If a note expressing that the order is completed per an attorney's direction is fine now, we would allow a notes section on every order that could contain similar instructions.  We merely want to provide another means for the transfer of the orders - rather than fax, it would go through the web site to provide a consistent interface for the customers.

Perhaps we could even have a field for the attorneys contact information that would be required on all orders in your state.
