Robert, though GAC isn't one of my clients (I refuse to do their work) we do have several clients that use Gators systems.  I wonder how many of those other companies will go on to begin to do what GAC is doing?  I plan on asking some of the vendor managers about it this week just to get their opinion and ideas about it.
It just doesn't make sense how they think they can be 'precise' with their searches when all of the information they need isn't available to anyone but those who walk into the courthouse to do the search.
