This is what I was telling you about a few threads back.  I dread standing in a grocery line when someone trys to pass a bad check.  When I pay my cell phone bill they take my check run it through a machine and hand me back the check.  Some systems have been ready for Check 21 for a year now.  Like I said before... the Banking Industry RULES....  Another reason why it is hard to wait thirty to forty-five days for title companies to pay us.
