Thanks for the vote of confidence Judy.  I have alot of working knowledge but have a hard time putting it into words to teach.  I have trained people but it takes alot of patience on my part.  I am looking into some different areas as far as education goes for Naltea in reference to doing these much involved searched.  In hopes of having the residential examiners become more aware of what they need to know to further themselves.
Mama and baby are wonderful.  He has so much hair.  She hopes to come back to work part time after new year
