I think perhaps David is most concerned about foreign terrorist groups, stalkers, among others accessing info on line. It would not be so easy for them to access our records if they had to "stretch" their legs and go to the courthouse. This is a difficult situation and topic. If there was someway to confine all this information so it could be used by ligitimate sources than perhaps David and I would not be so worried. As it is we are personally taking a risk speaking up about this considering the number of our own companies who watch this board. David and I are worlds apart... he is very conservative and I am about as liberal as you can get. On this subject we do agree that as a nation we are risking far too much with all this information on line and easily available. There are strick laws here in California and there is an online data service company who is blatanly violating those laws.
