It certainly seems to me that when the "far-left" speaks of a climate or culture of fear in this country they are absolutely 100% correct. The whole issue of posting public records seems to be driven by fear and dare I say "economic protectionism." Kevin A. and myself highlighted these facts much earlier (on a different thread): capitalism will be capitalism, technology will become more widespread, timeliness is important, and intergity and accuracy of work must be obtainable or achieved through the service industry. We need not harp on putting into place rushed through laws this, legislature that, I might be out of a job tomorrow because I refuse to change whatever. Sure they're important, but the larger issue is in many other sectors of the economy this is what is occuring. This has been brought up largely by David B., but how do we write smarter laws? Get good fair, legislation for consumers? And how do we encourage and stimulate business? We must adapt, we must refine our processes, we must dare I say innovate.

Trust me please, I hate capitalism and would much rather see us utilize more of Marx's socioeconomic policies in this country but I am realist and know that change happens quite frequently under the capitalist economic model. I would like to stay at the courthouse and to never work out of an office but I understand, I hope, the more important idea here. We just need to look at all our options, think about safety, adaptability, and figure out how  we can put a system in place to the betterment of the consumer and the business.
