And is this the same organization that said we have a place in their association?  When title companies are out there saying you can do online searches - we have a problem.  Long story short though - if we convince state representatives and local people that mass production of records online, etc is dangerous to society it will stop all future production of records online - so all the sudden what they have marketed to everyone stops because I see immediate halting of allowing third party vendors to image docs being currently filed. That is where it started - that is where it has to stop.  The county needs to image their own documents and keep their own documents under their control.
