As I mentioned in my earlier post, I hope that unfettered internet access to the public record will be curtailed.  I'm not just worried about overseas companies or individuals working with this information, but also deviants in the United States using this information to create problems.  The thing that concerns me most is that by the time this information is protected, all the data will be out there, already downloaded.  Doug
