I agree that your site is open to everyone but I do wish that we could just somehow converse between ourselves - the asbtractors without everyone listening in per se - I think it is keeping some from speaking or exchanging ideas - I know that for a fact I get direct emails instead of postings because I think they fear someone might read what they post and it affect their business.  With regard to the online services, David Bloys have started the informing of the county clerks and commissioners of not only the errors, what is happening to the real property records but also the dangers it has posed to individuals when their identity has been stolen from these records, people have been stalked and even killed.  What gets me the most about all this is that most counties, at least in my state, when online and showed the world everything we own after 911.  Almost as if to say, you didn't do enough to us - here do us some more harm!
