Hey Shannon,

Is that $2.90/thousand for an Owner's Policy, or Loan Policy?  Doug gave the price for the Owner's Policy. In his area of Ohio Owner's Policies are the norm; in my area of Ohio they are like hen's teeth.

The Loan Policies are $4.00/thousand.
