From a marketing stategy that is fine, and if it works for you, all well and good. However, there are a number of clients out there that are something less that honorable, and which seek to take advantage of the fragmented status of the title professionals. s posting below is an excellent example of a call to arms. Get off you bum, and do something.We all need to stop dealing with clients from a defensive posture. We all lose in that scenario. It only results in reducing your fees as an accomodation to a client. We are professionals, and need to take a more aggressive approach. The title industry needs us, and is taking advantage of the fragmented nature of the abstractors, signing agents, appraisers, attorneys, etc. Enough!!!!
