I agree with both Doug and Robert. I have had a few businesses where orders could be cancelled. I have always put a cancellation fee on my price sheets. I find that if I am flexible and try to be respectful of the problems that arise with my companies they are loyal and understand the issues that may arise with my company. I have never regretted trying to work with them in this manner.
