Source of Title Forums: Re: Judgment Reporting

I always report everything possible and mark my report as "See attached possible liens against subject persons. Please satisfy yourself." I have had complaints about doing this, yes, but they have been advised that they are out there and if they choose to ignore them, it's on them.
