I'm of two minds on this one. I would assume Davis was the maiden name. And would have included the judgment for Lisa M. Johnson.
However the person ordering the abstract should have provided all known information. I have a long term client who keeps info like it's a state secret. She ends up paying for it all the time, when I have to go back and run the name(s) she kept to herself. (Most often the purchaser)
I know abstractors who specify in their certificate they ran names as given only- if no middle initial given they didn't run name with middle initial. I completely understand this logic, and cannot fault them for this policy.
