Lucille has continued to send us requests in counties we don't cover until recently.  She was cagey about committing to sign a vendor contract with us and just wanted to send us searches at random without any sort of contract or agreement.  She had no vendor package and did not want our W-9.  I see her all over trying to get searchers in different parts of the state but her reputation precedes her and thankfully we did not take the plunge.  If I owe anyone and have forgotten about it, I want to know.  I pay my doc retrieval people within the week or the day after or via paypal that day.  I appreciate what makes the wheels go round.
