It can be stopped Toni. We have stopped it here in my home county and others have stopped it in their own home counties. These companies are exploiting a law that was designed to protect you. They are exploiting your community and all of its citizens. Let the citizens know what these companies have been doing with the information they entrusted to the courthouse. Let your community know the companies consider their records a commodity to be traded to anyone over the Internet for a price.
