We don't give a set fee for commercial or 60 year searches. We tell them our hourly fee and ask them for a limit on the fee. If it looks like it is close to the limit and will need more time, we call and get authorization to continue. Usually they will always opt for spending more time.Sometimes they use just what we have completed so far. It will depend on what they need the research for.
