Maybe you can tell me if I am charging too little for my services please?  We do Current Owner Commercials starting at $90, then it's $140 for a 2 owner, and a full search would be $300, copies additional.  We do not get many orders at all for commercial searches around here, they are bigger in the Grand Rapids area.  I am sure most of the orders go to the title companies in the area as there are five major title corporations around here.  They suck on providing quick turn around times and even in the customer service area, that's why we succeed.  :-)  Tell me what I should charge in case we get any more orders for these.  I know I just had a major company in PA call last week asking what we charged for Commercial Searches, and they are BIG into the Telecommunications Searches (towers).  :-)    What's your take on Foreclosure Searches then?
