That is really interesting. It is a shame that not all banks use this approach. The bulk of the closing packages I receive from lenders is by email. There was a time when the normal procedure was to overnight the closing documents 24 hours before the closing. However, that seems to be a thing of the past with only a few lenders adhering to the practice. It would seem that confidentialty would require a more secure media than the internet for transmission of information where any hacker can access it. My question is how is all of this information being outsourced to the third world without violating the law requiring confidentiality. I have been watching the debate on the thread below concerning the availability of the same information on the internet or written land records. While I agree that you are not going to stop the advance of technology, nor does it make any scense obstruct it,I do think that some limitations need to be placed on the content of information made available
