You might want to look into researching the Patriot's Act, the Sorbannes Oxley Act and some of the federal and state legislation requiring confidentiality of sensitive personal information disclosed in connection with mortgage applications... Then compare it to the manner in which the information is being exported and outsourced to third world countries such as India, China, The Phillipines and as David Bloys has pointed out Russia and the Arab countries. It is difficult to understand how this information is being exported and published on the internet without violating the law. A simple credit report containing much of the same information requires at the least the consent of the borrower. It would seem that the exportation and outsourcing of this information circumvents that confidentiality
