     David Bloys and I discussed this issue at length in the "Self Serve Title Searches" thread.  To Reiterate, here's what I think: It is irrelevant that you can get the information online if you can walk down to the county courthouse and pull the same documents containing all the same information.  If they're not online, it just forces you to stretch your legs.
