I know I do not live in Texas and I may not have any reason to post but in Maryland, searches are running from $80 to $200, this includes commercial or residential 60 year searches. GAC, for example, only pays $80 for full titles here. I am not sure if they will up their fee more if there is a problem, but that fee is not acceptable. I will not do it for that and I decided a long time ago to pass full titles to someone else. People are out there every day accepting ridiculous fees. That makes me feel ill.
