Kevin - an attorney  comes to one of my courthouses from time to time that has a title company.  I was telling him about all the things going on and he said it would be the insurance underwriters that would be the most concerned and would want to know our concerns and he gave me his card - said he has a long list of these folks who would be glad to hear from me and to call him.
