Kevin, interesting you should raise this question.  A few months back, one of my larger clients who left me for one of these type firms in "search" of lower prices stated that they have this factored in already ...can you believe that?

He went on to recite all kinds of industry jargon and figures....the bottom line was "The company is making so much money that a small bump in claims won't make a difference" (paraphrased)

Wonderful......

I used to get mad, now I just laugh
