Mine from today.  Client requested a current owner search which was just purchased by them last month so the assessor records still show the previous owner.  Current owner assumed the VA mortgage so i had to do a 2 owner of course.  Client calls and says "We requested a current owner search so why are you showing an open mortgage that the previous owners took out"  My answer was that it was transferred by an assumption deed and had to be taken back a link.  They say, a link of what?.  Oh my! Then ask if I can take the mtg I found off the report because it isn't against the current owners.  I told them to ask their underwriters about it.
