My favorite is the "Quick Claim Deed"

I find that it's usually a low level office person relaying a message from the reader or other managerial type and the request gets lost in the translation.

I find that it's the searchers with no or little experience that have the stupidest questions.....Like one I fielded the other day.....

" I can't find the deed, I ran the mortgagee index , and still couldn't find it, what would you do?" 

This came from a searcher who works for a company that proclaims to have "experienced searchers in all counties"
