robert, robert, robert, great post. cant tell you how many "mouth dropping" conversations i've had over the years with title companies i've worked for/with. way too many funny (not really, though) requests, comments and questions. always makes me wonder of the training procedure ...i remember dealing with one person who had no knowledge of the registry of deeds. none. and she had a question for me? so, please, robert , continue to pursue the marketing efforts, and perhaps introduce the idea , and importance ,of training, to our clientele.
