Hey Kathy,

I'm not sure I understand where you are coming from. Do you have two mortgages to record or did you just refi and you have your old mortgage to pay off and a new mortgage in its place?

I believe the underwriter will be ultimately responsible since Capital Title was an agent for them. I believe that they were underwritten by First America and LandAmerica. If you e-mail me I will try to get you a phone number.
