It saves quite a bit of time when combined with a laptop, a cellular connection and an efax account. We can receive our orders on the laptop, complete the search with copies and send them to the client without ever having to return to the office to access the fax machine. Our record so far for a simple document retrieval is seven minutes from the time the request was faxed to us until it was faxed back to client.
