I recently was 2 days late on paying my BellSouth telephone bill (landline phone).  I got a call from a foreigner and in broken English she was explaining to me that I was two days late and could I make a payment now on the phone to her.  So I asked her where she was calling from and she gave me the name of some place other than the USA.  When she thought that I was alarmed she immediately stated that she was in Florida but she didn't know what town in Florida when I pressed her. 

Then I decided that never again would I give  a payment over the phone to any business that I pay unless I make the call to them.
