Sounds so familiar.  And if you had done them the "favor" I bet you $10.00 they would have disappeared until the next time they get into trouble.

I have even gone as far as to bail some clients out when the lower priced counterparts messed up the search.  And you know I only hear from them when there is a problem that they beg me to fix.  My fee for those clients has gone up and my turnaround is now 24 hours later than before.
