Thanks Shannon. Fortunately the company I am talking about always pays for no finds. My problem is that I hate not finding something and like you said I hate looking stupid. It seems like the only time we have problem is when it is one of their in house online searches. The most recent one was crazy... they gave me a date for a recording that did not exist... a doc number that does not match what the county issues and a case number for a judgement that again is not a case number for that county. I kept telling them this and they kept saying that is what they "saw".  There are some very savy clerks in this county and they kept saying... not our numbers. Dang it was frustrating and took far too much of my time. Shannon I also appreciate your sharing rates... at least I know we are in the right range.
