Your posts are  very informative and helpful on SOT and I usually will read through them all even though title research is not my focus (I do more administrative etc... in other aspects of that industry)... still  - you - Judy - Robert and many others here are very helpful.

Just wanted to say a thank you in return- and also- I do send some people your way too. I too am a "go getter" like you- so I admire your persistence and spirit and hard earned knowledge in your profession  - that stands out when people are looking for professionals and trying to figure whom they they call...

PS- Saw the new fee based thing- I personally dont have a listing- but am thinking of it and definitely will have to have the subscription now too... Just hoping that it will help SOT be even more pro-active for the abstractors in gaining more visibility....
