I know that several of my clients have demanded that we not use them.  They have been plagued with missing documents.  I have also been told that in one county that I do not cover that sometimes the system will go down in the county but the site is still running and not all records are showing on the site.  Could be a nightmare if a missed judgment is in there.

Would rather not risk it at all and just do the search myself.
