Ok good, I have promised from the beginning that I would make every attempt to never undercharge. Problem though is nothing to compare to other than what the person who wrote the email that Lisa took offence to. I honestly feel that people don't want to undercut anyone. Anyone have any suggestions as to how we can discretely discuss this among those of us who care what is going on. I posted our rates so you know where I stand... what can I do now? I know I put myself at risk with the people I work for being approached by someone else saying they can do better. I just need to trust that those of us on SOT want the same thing... to work and be paid a decent amount for our work. We work with some very fine companies and I trust that they understand they are gettting more than their monies with with us. I am issuing an invitation to those of you out there who want to discuss standardizing our fees... how about it Jay, Robert, Lisa, David, Shannon and Lorretta... any of you? Lisa you keep brining this up... what next?
